I don't think it gets much prettier than this!  Beauty is a gorgeous example of the breed with her twisty, handlebar horns and her youthful appearance at 15 years young.  She has an udder that looks like a dairy cow and is built like a brick house.  Her red is a deep, dark red that looks amazing in the sunlight.  We went to pick up another purchase we had made, and when we got there, we talked ourselves into this girl, too.  How could we pass her up!?

Update:

We are sad to report Beauty's passing.  She will be greatly missed, she was a sweet cow who had grown to trust us and would walk right up to us for cubes.  When we first got her, she was not so trusting and quite cautious.  We wish we could have got a Safari heifer out of her, but it wasn't in the cards.
